~ On Thursday afternoon we saddled Whisky up for a riding session after school. The older 3 caught the pony and Chris saddled him up, then I took over as the riding instructor. Leah and Milly are riding on their own now, they just need to work out how to get this old boy to break out of a walk!

Emmett held on like a rodeo cowboy when Whisky was startled by a loud noise and jumped sideways (very unusual for that to happen), and Max jumped on before we put Whisky to bed for the night. Needless to say, he was not a happy camper when it was time to get off!

We're all enjoying this new riding routine, which we hope to continue each Thursday afternoon while the weather is cooler~
