~ This week was a mud week. The one where everything takes forever and is hard to do cause it feels like  you're wading through mud. So between docter and dentist appointments, god knows how many loads of washing and stuff, I didn't take very many photos. Never mind, it's back on the horse and snap some more this week ;) ~

Weekly Stills Collection ~ A Wet Weekend

~ I didn't pull the camera till Saturday morning after a mild panic attack where I realised I hadn't taken a single photo all week! I was home alone with the children most of the weekend as the husband was away for a night on a buck's weekend. We had an inch of rain Saturday which meant a day mostly indoors, and Sunday outside with the sun shining again.~

1. Saturday morning coffee
2. Max stealing a look in Emmett's barn
3. Movie goers
4. A wet weather view from the deck

~The kids spent Sunday morning building a 'sand city' together in the back paddock, and after an inch of rain the day before, it was perfect for digging and moulding. Somehow I managed to go mostly unnoticed with the camera and get a shot of all of them in the one morning, hooray!~

#My Family and Me - Week 6

Attending the wedding of hubby's niece while on holidays at the Sunshine Coast. Emmett was grumpy and didn't want his photo taken. The kids sat through the ceremony reasonably well, until Max started running around and pulling the old lady's shirt sitting in front of us and squealing at the top of his lungs. As you do.

Weekly Stills Collection

~A collection of my favourite pictures from our holiday. We returned on Saturday from Queensland where we spent 4 nights staying at Jacobs Well near my sister and my niece's homes, then 5 nights in Maroochydoore where we also attended a wedding. It's always nice to come home feeling refreshed, even if it's straight back into school and work this week!~

1.Two days travelling in the car means lots of crocheting time :)
2. Sand sculpture on display at Harbour Town.
3.The boys at Jacobs Well.
4. Quality cousin time under the clothesline. Emmett and Pippa spent ages putting the pegs on their fingers and chatting.
5. The very funky tree on Chambers Island, Sunshine Coast.
6&7.Collecting shells along the broad water at dusk.
8.Playing with Max in the sand at Alexandra Headlands Beach. He didn't like the water much.

~ I'm playing catch up after being on holidays in Queensland for 2 weeks. We spent 4 nights staying at Jacobs Well, close to my family in Ormeau. Then we headed north to Maroochydore for a wedding on hubby's side of the family. We were fortunate enough to have beautiful mild weather and some much needed relaxed family time.~
